The world changed for LEMOINE in 2005 with the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. From our headquarters in South Louisiana, we stood alongside our clients, friends and neighbors as the landscape was forever changed.  Hurricane Katrina altered  the perception and defined the real impact a disaster can have on a region.  In the storm’s aftermath, LEMOINE put our immense resources and our legion of construction experts to work supporting reconstruction efforts, and we have looked to the future ever since.  No longer would response be purely reactionary, but a methodical and deliberate process instituted by businesses, property owners, and even individual family units, guided by LEMOINE.

LEMOINE is led by experienced disaster recovery and construction experts who have worked across the country and internationally for over 40 years.  Serving in senior federal executive positions, our team members supported comprehensive disaster recovery efforts including hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, ice storms, wildfires, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

LEMOINE specializes in project and construction management, disaster recovery coordination, hazard mitigation and grant management,  staff augmentation, and preparedness support for government, commercial, non-profit and residential clients. LEMOINE recognizes the urgency and structure needed to successfully manage these projects, while providing maximum reimbursement and client satisfaction.
